Due to the order issued by the Province of Ontario we have been closed except to receive phone calls and E-mails however, as of yesterday, Doug Ford announced that seasonal businesses that work outdoors may reopen on May 4th and continue business as long as safety measures are in place and social distancing is observed at all times.
In light of this, we have had to make changes to our onsite evaluation and installation procedures as follows:
During the initial consultation, our rep will remain outdoors to take photos and measurements. They will communicate with you via phone in the home.
No sample books or sale material will be left at the home. We can show colour choices through a window or glass door. Otherwise, you can view our colour selection on the website.
During an installation, we require that our client does not go into the backyard. You may communicate with our installer via cell phone. We also strongly recommend that you do not go into the back yard for at least 24 hours after our installation team has finished.
Our installers will disinfect all materials that would be in reach of our client. This includes remotes, cranks and posts.
These safety measures are here to protect both you and our staff from potential contamination. We want to make sure that everyone can enjoy their backyard this summer in a safe and responsible way. For more information, please contact us
