  • Minimum purchase prices for this promotion is $4,000. Any jobs below this price will be charged normal rates.

  • Only applicable within our normal service areas. Out of town installations are not included.

  • This promotion does not include any specialty trades that may be required for the installation. This includes but is not limited to electricians, engineers, roofers, crane rental, etc.

  • This promotion does not include any special materials or brackets that may be required for the installation. Examples would be roof brackets for a roof-mounted install or soffit brackets for a soffit mount.

  • Additional scope of work will still be charged as normal. Examples of this would be the removal and disposal of an old awning or delivering a system through a stairwell in a condo.
