Choosing Your Options
Wattage: 3400W suits typical residential patios; 4500W adds output for larger or more exposed spaces. Voltage: choose 208V or 220-240V to match your building’s electrical service. Colour: black or white to match your design.
Controls & Options
The Platinum Electric requires a control to operate — select one using the Control Type option above: a simple manual switch kit, the Affinity Smart-Heat On/Off controller (app control, scheduling and timers), or the Affinity dimmer for incremental heat adjustment from 1% to 100% right from your phone.
For a seamless architectural look, add the Low-Clearance Recess Kit using the Ceiling Recess Kit option — it allows the heater to be flush-mounted in roof cavities as shallow as 7.1″ with an integrated cooling fan and trim frame. High ceilings? 2′ and 4′ suspension pole kits are available separately, and our team will size the right mounting hardware for your space.
